Each machine undergoes a full test and inspection before it is dispatched ensuring the best reliability and performance for you. As well as this each machine is PAT tested during its inspection and is labeled as such - enabling you to put this machine straight to work in your business or workshop. The machine has a HF start type torch making easy perfect starts every time and accurate starting points on the material. Clean cutting is up to around 18mm in steel plate - but some users with a steady hand can achieve severance cuts in steel up to around 25 mm! This machine will cut all metallic materials including copper and aluminium. Cutting thickness is slightly reduced in materials such as aluminium and copper due to their higher thermal conductivity than steel. The machine is very efficient and has a very high duty cycle, 100% at 41 Amps. It features the latest MOSFET Inverter technology using very high quality Toshiba MOSFETS and is force air cooled. Cutting amperage is infinitely variable, and the unit is electronically protected from overload as well as short circuit etc etc. The machine is fitted with a LG-40 torch. Also included are a pack of consumables, air regulator / filter, Bolle shade no. 5 safety glasses, wire brush/chipping tool, earth lead and instructions. Each machine is supplied with full instructions as well as an information pack - to allow you to get started as quickly as possible and gain the knowledge required very quickly - it is also a useful reference guide for plasma cutting.
